You can use SWQL filters to limit the locations you wish to select for this customer.

Example:

Agents.Name = 'LOCATION1' OR Agents.Name = 'LOCATION2' OR Agents.Name = 'LOCATION3'

Replacing Location with the name of the location or agent you wish this to see.

You can find a list of current location by opening database manager and running this query:

SELECT TOP 1000 * FROM [dbo].[SEUM_Agents]

When you have achieved your target resources for the view:

1. Go to your Web Console, and click Settings > Manage Accounts, and then select Edit.
