Overview

This article describes how to determine the source of issues when a Transaction fails to play in the WPM Recorder.

Environment

WPM 2.2 and earlier

Cause 

There are multiple possible causes.

Resolution

  1. Try to replay the Transaction in another browser, including IE in the test. If the same issue occurs the problem is with the remote site.
  2. If IE 11 is installed on the client with the WPM Recorder follow these steps
