Overview

This article addresses the issue where a player on a particular server has higher playback times for transactions than the same transactions do on another player.

Environment

All WPM versions

Cause

This may be caused by insufficient resources on the system.

Resolution

Verify that the CPU and memory are not maxing out. It is best to have enough resources so that the average load doesn't go above 75% for CPU or memory capacity.
