WHD sends license reminder emails to techs

Administrators receive weekly emails stating that their Web Help Desk license will expire.


WHD 12.2 and earlier


This was a configuration option in older Web Help Desk Web Help Desk releases. If you do not set the Auto-Invoice Support Renewal value properly at Setup > General > License, Web Help Desk pings all admins once per week about license renewal. 

This functionality was disabled in WHD 12.3 and later.
