Unable to access the Linux-based WHD Console


Unable to access the Linux-based WHD Web Console. Running df - a /dev/sda3 shows that the available space is 0 and used space is 100%.


All Linux-based Web Help Desk versions


The Catalina log is filling up most of the partition. 


  1. Log in to Web Help Desk as an administrator.
  2. Stop Web Help Desk. 
  3. Navigate to:
    cd /usr/local/webhelpdesk/bin/tomcat/log
  4. Delete all the logs inside the directory (including the Catalina log) using root right with rm -rf * or using winscp with root login.
  5. Restart Web Help Desk.
