Overview

The following error occurs while installing Web Help Desk on Microsoft Windows Server 2012:

"Fatal Application Error" Invocation of the Java Application has caused an Invocation TargetException.
[Details]
ZeroGu2: Windows DLL failed to load"

 

Environment

WHD versions 10.0.x, 11.0.x and 11.2.x

Cause 

The error is caused by the installer program failing to register a required DLL. 

 

Resolution

Web Help Desk 11.2.1 and prior versions do not support Microsoft Windows Server 2012.
