The following error occurs after clicking Save & Email on a ticket in WHD.
Ticket xxxx was saved successfully.
An e-mail was sent to xxxx.
Could not send e-mail to FirstName LastName <email@example.com>
due to the following error:
Recipient domains are not included in the configured domain list: 'domain1.com, domain2.com, domain3.com' of Outgoing Mail Account: 'null'
WHD versions 10.x, 11.x and 12.x
The error occurs when a user attempts to send email to recipients not included in the Acceptable Domains list.
Add the domain name to the list of Acceptable Domains for the Outgoing Mail Account:
1. Click Setup.
2. Click E-Mail.
3. Click Outgoing Mail Accounts.
4. In the Accepted Domains field, type the name of the domain you want to add.
Note: The Accepted Domains field indicates a list of domains that this account is permitted to send emails to. If it is left empty, the account will be permitted to send to all domains.
5. Click Save.
