WHD Web Console Crash


The WHD Web Console crashes intermittently with the following error message:


Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /helpdesk/WebObjects/Helpdesk.woa/ajax/

This was due to error in reading the remote server.


Upgrade to the latest version of WHD. Refer to Upgrading Web Help Desk.
