SolarWinds licenses Web Help Desk on a tiered structure based on the number of seats (or technicians), and not end users.

The available license tiers include:

  • 1 to 5
  • 6 to 10
  • 11 to 20
  • 21 to 30
  • 31 to 40
  • 41 to 50
  • 51 to 75
  • 76 to 100
  • 100+

Purchase a license

You can request a quote or purchase a license from the Online Store. After your order is processed, you receive an email with your SolarWinds customer ID (SWID) and password along with your invoice (if purchased directly). The license includes a one-year maintenance contract.

Additionally, you can upgrade the product license to a larger license tier as you increase the number of techs. Contact Customer Sales for details.

Web Help Desk does not require a monthly cost. After you purchase Web Help Desk, you own the product with the option to renew the maintenance contract each year after the initial purchase.
