View, print, or download reports

You can manually run a Web Help Desk report at any time.

Alternatively, you can create a report scheduleto distribute reports at regular intervals.

  1. In the toolbar, click Reports.

    The reports page lists all available reports.

  2. Locate the report.

    If you created report groups to classify your reports, you can select a report group in the upper-right corner to filter the list.

  3. Click a button in the right column to run the report.
