Use an estimated number of concurrent tech sessions to determine which type of deployment best meets your needs. Use tech sessions rather than client sessions, as Tech sessions use much more memory than client sessions.

Web Help Desk requires additional max heap memory over the Java Virtual Machine) default setting. To improve application performance, increase the JVM memory and restart.
