When you plan your Web Help Desk deployment, consider adding additional system RAM and Java Virtual Machine (JVM) heap memory to support the number of techs in your help desk operations. Filling up the JVM heap memory can degrade your Web Help Desk performance.

Additionally, consider creating a high availability deployment to protect your Web Help Desk operations from a single point of failure.
