Create messages in Web Help Desk

Use this feature to send messages to techs and clients.

  1. In the toolbar, click Messages > Create Messages.
  2. Click New Message.
  3. In the Message screen, complete the fields as required.

    Click the tooltips for additional information.

  4. Click Save.

    The message is sent to your selected recipients.
