When you install Web Help Desk, in the last step of the Web Help Desk Getting Started wizard you can add request types or edit preconfigured request types. This step of the wizard is optional. You might find it easier to add request types in the Tickets panel after Web Help Desk is configured.
In most cases, SolarWinds recommends that you bypass this step in the wizard and take time to plan the request types you need. Planning and creating request types is addressed later in this guide.
To bypass this step, click Finish.
