Overview

Unable to view some WHD tickets in group ticket view.

Environment

All WHD versions

Resolution

  1. Go to Tech > Tech groups and look for correct tech group assigned.
  2. Go to Set up>Locations and check if you are using locations.
  3. If yes, then check if this missing ticket is not from different location.
  4. Check if the user location exists, as user could belong to deleted location and this will not show in Group ticket anymore.
