  1. Log in to Web Help Desk as an administrator. 
  2. Click Setup > Tech > Tech groups.
  3. Locate the assigned tech group. 
  4. Click Setup > Companies and Locations > Locations and Rooms and check if you are using locations.
    If yes, verify that the missing ticket is assigned to a different location. 
  5. Verify that the user location exists. The user could belong to a deleted location that no longer exists and will not display in the group ticket.
