Overview

This article shows how to resolve an issue where customers are unable to open attachments in tickets and the following error appears:

Page cannot be displayed

Environment

WHD 12.2 and later

Resolution

1. Log on to Web Help Desk as the administrator or as a user with administrator privileges.

2. Click Setup > General > Options.

5. In the Server DNS Name field, type the fully-qualified domain name (FQDN) for the server. For example, support.webhelpdesk.com

6. Click Save.
