Unable to connect to the Exchange incoming mail box using SSL

ISSUE: A third-party library used by WHD affects versions 11.0.6 and 11.0.7 using Exchange with SSL.  Currently that library is preventing SSL connections to Exchange if the customer is using certain certificates. This mostly affects self-signed certificates, though some CA-issued certificates are also affected. This is a known bug.
 
WORKAROUNDS: To get around the issue in 11.0.6 or 11.0.7, you can either downgrade to version 11.0.5, or you can temporarily use the IMAP or POP3 interface of Exchange.  You can also get around the issue, for now, by not using SSL in your Exchange connection.
 
You can find download links to current and previous installers at http://downloads.webhelpdesk.com.  To downgrade, just run the previous installer, following the normal install instructions.
