1. Login to the Web Help Desk (WHD) web console > Setup > Tickets > Request Types.
2. Click on the request type (for example E-mail Reports) for which there is no need to enter an asset at the time of ticket creation.
2. In the Email Report, make sure that the Use Models checkbox is cleared as shown below:
3. Click Save.
4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 on all the desired Request Types, where adding an asset is not required at ticket creation.
