Overview

Tickets that has a custom status type is not showing on My\Group Tickets view.

Environment

All WHD versions 

Cause 

The "Include in My/Group Tickets Filter" option is not enabled in the Status Type.

Resolution

  1. Go to Setup > General > Tickets > Status Types.
  2. Click on the Status Type\s that you want to be included on My\Group Tickets view to be able to edit.
  3. Select Include in My/Group Tickets Filter.
  4. Click the Save button.
