Overview

This article discusses how to handle tickets assigned to a tech who is no longer with the company.

Steps

  1. Deactivate the old tech account.
  2. Create a tech account for the new hire. The new account should be used when logging in to the WHD Console.
  3. Assign the ticket to the new account.
