Overview

This article addresses the issue where results are returned other than the ticket matching the exact filter when using the popup custom field type with the only available IS operand while searching for a ticket

 

Environment

WHD 11.2.1, 12.0, 12.1, 12.2 and 12.3

Resolution

Upgrade to WHD 12.4.1 where this issue has been resolved.
