Overview

The Tech Group Level is set to Auto-Assign Tickets to a Level Tech but ticket is automatically assigned to the Group Manager of the Tech Group instead. 

Environment

All WHD versions

Detail

Below are the following reasons why some ticket automatically assign to the Group Manager 

  • All Techs in the Level are currently on vacation or out-of-office. 
  • Ticket was created during non-working hours.
  • All Techs in the Level are not eligible for auto-assignment as they are not part of any Location or Department Group.
