Set the default settings for ticket e-mail recipients

Overview

This article provides steps to set default settings for e-mail recipients for tickets.

Steps

Default settings for e-mail recipients for tickets can be set in two locations based on whether the request type is assigned to a tech group.

Request types not assigned to a tech group

  1. Click Setup > Tickets > Options > Tech Options.
  2. Configure the following field options.

  3. Click Save.

Request types assigned to a tech group

  1. Click Setup > Techs > Tech Group.
  2. Click a tech group.
    For example: E-mail Reports.

  3. Click the Tech Group Levels tab.
  4. Configure the following field options:
