Overview

This article provides steps to set default settings for e-mail recipients for tickets.

Steps

Default settings for e-mail recipients for tickets can be set in two locations:

  1. If the Request Types are not assigned to a Tech Group, then they will receive the configuration under Setup > Tickets > Options > Tech Options. The option here is "Default Setting for E-Mail Recipients (No Tech Group)".
  2. If the Request Types are assigned to a Tech Group then they will receive the configuration under Setup > Techs > Tech Group > Tech Group Levels. Select the level you wish to edit and you will find the option "Default Selected E-Mail Recipients".
