Overview

This article shows how to set tickets to send in HTML format.

Environment

WHD 12 and later.

Steps

  1. Login to WHD with Admin rights.
  2. Go to Setup > E-Mail > Options.
  3. Under Outgoing mail section, look for Default to HTML and enable it by clicking on the Tickbox.
  4. Click Save.
