Set a maximum ticket attachment size

Overview

This article describes how to set a maximum attachment size for all file upload areas of Web Help Desk.

Environment

All WHD versions

Steps

  1. Log in to Web Help Desk.
  2. Click Setup > General > Options.
  3. In the Max Attachment Size field, enter the appropriate value.
  4. Click Save.
    All attachments attached to a ticket cannot exceed your entered value.
