1. Log into Web Help Desk (WHD) webconsole, go to Setup > General > Options. In General Options page, go to Max Attachment Size > enter maximum attachment size. Sample screen that highlights the field where you need to enter the value is given below:

3. Click 'Save'.

4. Now, the maximum file size that can be attached to a ticket is set.
