Fixing this issue requires a permissions change on the temp folder for the _appserver user

Copy the script below into a blank notepad/text editor/notepad ++,, save the file as fix_appserver.sh and run it.

#!/bin/sh

# fix the webobjects appserver tmp folder permissions

FOLDER=`ls -l /var/folders/zz | grep _appserver | awk '{ print $9 }'`
CURRENT=`ls -l /var/folders/zz | grep _appserver | awk '{ print $1 }'`

#echo "Permissions Before: $CURRENT"
/bin/chmod 777 /var/folders/zz/$FOLDER/-Tmp- > /dev/null
#echo "Permissions After: `ls -l /var/folders/zz | grep _appserver | awk '{ print $1 }'`"
