New client accounts not created through email

When an unknown client submits an email to Web Help Desk monitored mailbox, the email is rejected with the following error even though WHD has been configured to create accounts for unrecognized senders:

This occurs when the LDAP account is incorrect or incomplete.


  1. Check if there are any LDAP connection accounts.
  2. Verify that you can test the connection settings successfully in each one of the configured LDAP connections.
  3. If the LDAP connection is incomplete or invalid, delete it.
