Merge duplicate tickets

Overview

This article describes how to select the duplicate tickets and merge them by clicking on the Merge icon from Select Tickets window.

Steps

  1. Login to WHD > click Tickets icon from the toolbar. 
  2. Click Search Tickets > select the duplicate tickets that you want to merge. 
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on the merge icon to merge the duplicate tickets. The screen shown below highlights the merge icon.

Note: The Merge icon is found in front of the Bulk Action drop-down, which is present at the left end of the Ticket list.
