You can set the Web Help Desk (WHD) application to allow/warn/block a user, when they try to edit a ticket that is simultaneously being edited by a different user. 


1. Login to the WHD web console, go to Setup > Tickets > Options.
2. In the Ticket Options > Tech Options > set the desired option and Save

  • Select Allow, if you want to allow the simultaneous user to edit a ticket without any warning. 
  • Select Warnif you want the simultaneous user with an alert message to be notified.  
  • Select Block, if you do not want the simultaneous user to edit a ticket.
