Web Help Desk subscription is deactivated

Overview

When you log in to Web Help Desk, the following message displays:

Your subscription has been deactivated

Below is an example of the error.

Environment

  • All Web Help Desk versions

Cause 

The tech license is deactivated in Web Help Desk. 

Resolution

  1. Log in to Web Help Desk as an administrator. 
  2. Click Setup > General > License. 
  3. Under Tech Licensing, locate the tech who cannot log in to Web Help Desk. 
  4. Select the Active checkbox next to the targeted tech name, and click Save. 
  5. Notify the tech to log out, and then log back in to Web Help Desk.
