Web Help Desk Continuously Sending Email

Web Help Desk is continuously sending email updates of a ticket updates that are happening every minute on a specific ticket(s).



  • All WHD versions



Using an alias for a mail account (not recommended) is leaving the alias address as an extra To: recipient (which ends up adding the address as a Cc: on the ticket), thereby creating a loop of WHD emailing itself.



Configure all incoming/outgoing addresses with actual email addresses, not aliases.
