Web Help Desk Asset Management buttons missing


The Web Help Desk Asset Management buttons are missing after you install the application.

Asset Management is disabled when you install Web Help Desk for the first time. 


  1. Log in to Web Help Desk as an administrator.
  2. Click Setup > General > License. 
  3. In the License Setting screen, click the Lock icon. 
  4. Paste the new license key into the License Key text box, and click Save.
  5. Stop Web Help Desk.
  6. Start Web Help Desk. 
    Your license is activated.
