Web Help Desk 11.2 console crashes and displays a proxy error

Overview

The WHD Web Console crashes intermittently with the following error message:

 

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /helpdesk/WebObjects/Helpdesk.woa/ajax/82.7.10.0.0.0.0.3.5.0.0.1.6.3.9.5.3.5.

Environment

  • WHD 11.2
  • Linux CentOS 5 

Cause 

Error in reading the remote server.

Resolution

Upgrade Web Help Desk to the latest version.
