Ticket status does not change when a CAB approval is denied

Overview

This article addresses an issue that prevents the ticket status type from changing when an approval request is denied by a Change Advisory Board (CAB).

  • WHD 12.3

Resolution

Upgrade to WHD 12.4.1 or later. This issue has been resolved in the release of WHD 12.4.1.
