Outlook 2003 does not support iCalendar subscriptions out of the box. However, an open source plug-in is available to provide this functionality, at http://remotecalendars.sourceforge.net/.

Outlook 2007 and later supports iCalendar subscriptions without any third-party plugins. To learn how to subscrible to an iCalendar when running WHD over https:// only, see the article How do I subscribe to an iCalendar when I run Web Help Desk over https:// only?.

Other calendar applications that support iCalendar subscriptions include:

Windows Calendar (Windows Vista)
Calimanjaro (Windows - license fee)
Evolution (Linux - free)

We have been advised that Mozilla Sunbird (Windows, Linux, Mac OS X - free) may have some issues with calendar syncing.
