Show the Ticket Schedule on the WHD Calendar

Overview

You can show Ticket Schedules on the WHD calendar.

Environment

  • All Web Help Desk versions

Steps

  1. Log in to the WHD Admin Console.
  2. Go to Setup.
  3. Under Tickets, go to Status Types.
  4. Select the Status Type of a ticket with schedule that you want to show on Calendar.
  5. Under Status Type tab, select "Show in Calendar."
  6. Click Save.
