This article provides steps to set default settings for e-mail recipients for tickets.

Steps
Default settings for e-mail recipients for tickets can be set in two locations based on whether the request type is assigned to a tech group.
Request types not assigned to a tech group
- Click Setup > Tickets > Options > Tech Options.
- Configure the following field options.

- Click Save.
Request types assigned to a tech group
- Click Setup > Techs > Tech Group.
- Click a tech group.
For example: E-mail Reports.

- Click the Tech Group Levels tab.
- Configure the following field options:

- Click Save.
