Overview

This article provides steps to enable Email Reminders to customers who've loaned/borrowed assets that are overdue.

Environment

WHD 12.3 and later

Steps

1. Go to Setup > Assets> Options.

2. Click Reminder Interval for Overdue Assets.

3. Set the interval base on the following:

  • Business Min (s)
  • Business Hr(s)
  • Business Day(s)
  • Week(s)
  • Month(s)
  • Year(s)
