Select or deselect all tickets in the Web Help Desk Admin Console

Overview

This article shows how to select or deselect all items on all pages in View pane of the Web Help Desk Administrator Console.

Steps

To deselect all tickets, click Tickets in the toolbar and clear the check box above the first column. To select all tickets, select the check box.
