Remove a tech from the WHD ticket auto-assignment queue

Overview

This article describes how to remove a tech from the Web Help Desk ticket auto-assignment queue.

Environment

  • All Web Help Desk versions

Steps

  1. Log in to the Web Help Desk Admin Console. 
  2. Go to Setup > Techs > Tech Groups.
  3. In the Group Name column, click the group name you want to modify.
  4. Click the Tech Group Levels tab.
  5. Click a Level number in the Level column.
  6. In Level Techs, uncheck the tech that you want to remove from the auto-assign queue.
  7. Click Save.
