Limit an assigned tech to the current tech group level of the ticket

Overview

This article describes how to limit an assigned tech to the current tech group level of the ticket. 

Environment

  • All Web Help Desk versions

Steps

  1. Log in to the Web Help Desk Administrator Console as an administrator.
  2. Go to Setup > Tickets > Options.
  3. Scroll down to Tech Options.
  4. Select the Limit Assigned Tech to the Current Level checkbox, and click Save.

  5. Log out of the Web Help Desk Administrator Console.
  6. Log back into the Web Help Desk Administrator Console.
