Overview

The LDAP search by location returns only 25 client results.

Environment

All WHD versions

Detail

Web Help Desk is not designed to be an LDAP browser. The application imports clients into its database when they log in. When this process is completed, you can modify the location in Web Help Desk.

As a result, you can wait for users to log in to Web Help Desk and sort them out to each group or include more details about the users in Microsoft Active Directory and map them to attribute mappings in Web Help Desk.
