How to display additional Status Type tickets in the My Group Tickets pane

Overview

This article explains how to display additional Status Type tickets on My/Group Tickets pane along with your Open, Pending, and Resolved tickets.

Environment

  • All Web Help Desk versions

Steps

  1. Log in to Web Help Desk.
  2. Click Setup > Tickets > Status Types.
  3. Click a status type that you want to display in your My/Group tickets.
  4. Select the Include in My/Group Tickets Filter check box.

  5. Click Save.
