Disable the ticket auto-assignment feature

Overview

This article describes how to disable the Auto-Assign Ticket feature in Web Help Desk. 

Steps

  1. Click Setup > Techs > Tech Groups.
  2. Click a Tech Group Name in the Group Name column.
  3. Click the Tech Group Levels tab.
  4. Click a Level number in the Level column.
  5. Locate Auto-Assign Tickets To and select None. 
  6. Click Save.
