Delete WHD child tickets when tickets are merged

This article describes how to enable Web Help Desk to delete merged child tickets in the application.


  1. Log in to Web Help Desk as an administrator.
  2. Click Setup > Tickets > Status Types > Options.
  3. In the When Tickets Are Merged field, select Delete Child Tickets.
  4. Click Save.
