Client or tech with apostrophe in name is unsearchable

Overview

When you search the ticket recipient Cc or Bcc fields for a client with a name that includes an apostrophe (such as O'Leary), no results are found. 

 

Environment

WHD version 12.3 and later

 

Cause 

Known bug. 

Resolution

Upgrade to WHD version 12.4.1 or later. See the WHD 12.4.1 Release Notes for details.
