Advanced Search using multiple due date query options returns no results

Overview

Multiple due date options in a query return no results. When creating an advanced search query with both within the last (whatever time) and within the next (whatever time) variables no results are returned, but when run individually the queries are OK.

Environment

WHD 12.3 and earlier

Cause

Blank results are presented when using dates within the last and within the next time frames in an Advanced Search. The query behind the search is presented as an AND statement versus an OR statement.

Resolution

Upgrade to WHD version 12.4.1. Refer to the SolarWinds WHD 12.4.1 Release Notes.
