Incorrect ticket dates display in Ticket Details

Overview

When you edit a ticket, the Open Date and 1st-Response Dates are incorrect.

Environment

All WHD versions

Cause 

The Business Zones setting located at Setup > General > Time & Place is not configured correctly. 

Resolution

Ensure that the correct time format is configured at Setup > General > Time & Place > Business Zones.

When you enter the month, day, and year, use the following case-sensitive characters:

  •   M: Month in year
  •   d: Day in month
  •   yy: Two-digit year
  •   yyyy: Four-digit year
