Overview

When editing the tickets, you can see that the dates are not correct. You can refer to the screenshot below:

All WHD versions

Cause 

Incorrect format configured under Setup > General > Time & Place > Business Zones.

Resolution

Make sure that the correct format is being used or configured on Setup > General > Time & Place > Business Zones.

Here is the format to use for viewing and entering dates. The following characters may be used to represent days, months, and years:

  M: Month in year
  d: Day in month
  yy: Two-digit year
  yyyy: Four-digit year 

Note: The format is case sensitive
